Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s normal rates and fees apply to messages we send and that you send to us.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity, preferences, and the types of messages you have opted in to. You may receive recurring messages while you remain opted in.

You can cancel SMS messages from Roxie at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received the message to opt out of that program. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation. Text HELP for help. You may also opt out or request help by emailing hello@roxie.app.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use Roxie in violation of applicable law, to send unlawful or abusive content, or to interfere with the service or other users.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Roxie with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roxie and its operators provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where such limitations are not allowed by law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
