There are no background or automatic AI processes—you choose when to run them (for example by opening an AI action). When you do, optional AI features (such as summaries and insights) use your Roxie account data; only what is needed is sent to an external model for analysis, and the model does not own your data. We don't provide personal phone numbers or email addresses of people who message you or submit your forms in AI responses, and we limit what we send to providers (including omitting typical email and phone fields from form data where applicable).
If you opt in through our website (or another method we make available) to receive text messages from Roxie, we may contact you by SMS regarding account-related notices, onboarding, support, sales, promotions, product information, and related updates, consistent with your consent. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies; you may receive recurring messages while opted in.
